AU - الخضيري، فاطمة بنت علي صالح AU - العامر، اللولو بنت صالح عبد الرحمن AB - هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع ممارسة القيادات التربوية في مدارس المرحلة الثانوية بمدينة الرياض لعمليات إدارة المعرفة، والوقوف على المتطلبات اللازم توافرها لدى القيادات التربوية لتطوير عمليات إدارة المعرفة، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من أجل تحقيق أهداف البحث باستخدام الاستبانة كأداة للبحث. وتكونت عينة البحث من (158) قائد وقائدة، وتم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج من أهمها أن أفراد الدراسة موافقين على بعد توليد المعرفة بمتوسط حسابي (3.24)، كما أظهرت النتائج أن أفراد الدراسة موافقين على بعد التشارك في المعرفة بمتوسط حسابي (3.25)، كما أن أفراد الدراسة موافقين بشدة على بعد تنظيم وتخزين المعرفة بمتوسط حسابي (3.43)، كما أظهرت النتائج أن أفراد الدراسة موافقين بشدة على بعد تطبيق المعرفة بمتوسط حسابي (3.27). وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة وجود نظام معرفي يتبنى إدارة المعرفة في المدارس، وعمل اجتماعات مع القيادات التربوية في المدارس لتبادل الخبرات والمقترحات، وتوفير الوسائل التقنية الحديثة التي تساعد على تطبيق عمليات إدارة المعرفة. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The study aimed to identify the reality of educational leaders practice of high schools in Riyadh for knowledge management processes, and to meet the needs that required for educational leaders to develop knowledge management processes, the descriptive analytical method has used to achieve the study objectives using the questionnaire as a study tool. The study sample consisted of (158) leaders, the study concluded to results such as study samples are agree of knowledge generation, with an average of (3.24), the results of study showed the study samples are agree of sharing knowledge with an average of (3.25), the results of study showed the study samples are largely agree of organizing and storing the knowledge with an average of (3.43), the results of study showed the study samples are largely agree to apply the knowledge with an average of (3.27). The study recommended the necessity for a knowledge system embracing the knowledge management in schools, working sessions with educational leaders in schools to exchange experiences and suggestions, and provide the new technical methods that help to apply knowledge management processes.
