AB - This study aimed to identify the level of professional compatibility among schoolteachers in Wadi Al-Sir district and its relationship to some variables from their points of view. The researcher used the descriptive approach. The researcher prepared & developed a questionnaire consisting of one part to measure the level of professional compatibility among schoolteachers, and it consisted of (5) domains, and (61) items. Validity and reliability coefficient were ensured for the tool. The study sample consisted of (450) schoolteachers in Wadi Al-Seer District in Amman. The results of the study showed the following: The level of Professional compatibility of schoolteachers came medium degree, where the domain "Achievement" came first, the second domain came "Social Relationships", and the domain "Performance" came third, followed by the domain "work environment", while the domain "economic field" came last. The results also showed that there were a statistically significant differences on all domains according to “gender” variable, and in favor of (male). The results of the study also showed that there were a statistically significant differences on the domain “work environment” and the domain “achievement” according to the variable “years of experiencing”, and in favor of (less than 5 years).
