AB - This study aimed to identify the status of the efforts of human rights organizations in reducing the phenomenon of child labor and preserving the rights of working children, by revealing the reality of each of the social, material and cultural efforts of human rights organizations in reducing the phenomenon of child labor and preserving the rights of working children. To achieve the previous goal, the descriptive approach was used and a questionnaire as a tool to study the efforts of human rights organizations to reduce the phenomenon of child labor and preserve the rights of working children, it consists of (23) phrases divided into three dimensions: the first dimension: the social role, the second dimension: the material role, and the third dimension: the cultural role. It was applied to a sample of (100) employees of the National Society for Human Rights and the Human Rights Commission in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The results proved that the social, material and cultural role of human rights organizations in reducing the phenomenon of child labor has a response degree (medium), with mean scores ranging between (3.05) and (3.27). The study recommended working to provide financial support to poor families to encourage their children to continue their education, and to benefit from the experiences of international rights organizations in dealing with the phenomenon of child labor.
