AB - The study aimed to identify the impact of incentives on job satisfaction among non-Saudi faculty members at the University of Hail, and to identify the differences in light of the variables (gender, academic rank, years of experience). The study sample consisted of (272) faculty members: (167) males, and (105) females. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used two scales: the first is related to the incentive system, and the second is related to job satisfaction. In the study in hands, the researcher used the descriptive correlative approach. The results of the study showed that the level of material incentives offered to non-Saudi faculty members reached a medium degree, while the moral incentives reached a high degree. Additionally, their level of job satisfaction on all axes of the study was high, except their salaries and wages satisfaction, which was on average. Moreover, there is a positive relationship with statistical significance between the incentive system and their job satisfaction. The results also submitted that there were no statistically significant differences according to sex and years of experience, while there were differences on the variable of academic rank in favor of the title of assistant professor compared with the title of lecturer.
