AB - The research aimed at recognizing the effectiveness of the training program that is based on digital stories in developing writing skills of female students with learning disabilities. To achieve this aim, the researchers used the quasi-experimental (one group) approach through applying the immediacy scale (2015) for developing the writing skill, on a research sample that comprised (12) female students with learning disabilities at the fifth and sixth grades, who were purposefully chosen. The results revealed the effectiveness of the program and keeping the improvement with the passage of time, as the results indicated the existence of statistically significant differences at (0.05) level between the pre and the post measurements, in favor of the post measurement. Moreover, the results revealed the absence of statistically significant differences at (0.05) level between the post measurement and the follow-up at the writing skill scale, which indicates the continuity of long-term effect of the program. The researchers recommended the necessity of expanding the adoption of educational programs of digital stories for developing the skills of female students with learning disabilities.
