AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة أعضاء هيئة التدريس للعلاقات الإنسانية في كلية التربية بجامعة جدة من منظور الطلبة، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع بيانات الدراسة وتحقيق أهدافها، حيث قام الباحث بتصميم استبانة، وتم توزيعها على طلبة كلية التربية للعام الدراسي (2019-2020)، واستجابت عينة منهم تقدر ب (102) طالب، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها ما يلي: جاءت ممارسة العلاقات الإنسانية في محور التعليم والتعلم، ومحور الأخلاقيات والقيم، ومحور العدالة والمرونة بدرجة كبيرة، بينما جاءت درجة ممارسة العلاقات الإنسانية في محور التواصل مع الطلبة بدرجة متوسطة، حيث جاء محور الأخلاقيات والقيم في الترتيب الأول من حيث درجة ممارسة العلاقات الإنسانية، في حين جاء محور التواصل مع الطلبة في الترتيب الأخير، توجد فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين استجابات أفراد العينة حول درجة ممارسة أعضاء هيئة التدريس للعلاقات الإنسانية، تعزى لمتغير المعدل التراكمي وتعود لصالح الطلبة الذين معدلهم التراكمي 3.75 فأكثر، كذلك توجد فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين استجابات أفراد العينة حول درجة ممارسة أعضاء هيئة التدريس للعلاقات الإنسانية في محور التواصل مع الطلبة تعزى لمتغير التخصص العلمي، وذلك لصالح تخصص التربية الخاصة، كذلك توجد فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين استجابات أفراد العينة حول درجة ممارسة أعضاء هيئة التدريس للعلاقات الإنسانية في جميع محاور الدراسة تعزى لمتغير المستوى الدراسي وذلك لصالح طلبة المستوى الثامن، وأوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات من أهمها، المبادرة بإلقاء السلام على الطلبة حين الالتقاء بهم. AB - The purpose of the study is to explore the degree of faculty members of human relationships in the faculty of education at Jeddah University as perceived by students. The study adopted the descriptive survey approach, a questionnaire developed by the researcher was used to collect data and distributed on a sample of (102) students of the faculty of education in the academic year 2019 2020. The study concluded that : The practice of human relationships came in the domain of teaching and learning ،the domain of ethics and values ،the domain of justice and flexibility to high extent ،while the degree of practicing human relationships came in the domain of communication with students with an average degree ،where the ethics and values domain came in the first rank in terms of the degree of practicing human relationships ،while The domain of communication with students came in the last rank. Further ،there are significant statistical differences between the responses of the sample regarding the degree of the faculty members ’practice of human relationships ،due to the GPA in favor of the students whose GPA is 3.75 or more. There are significant statistical differences between the responses of the sample regarding the degree The practice of faculty members of human relationships in the domain of communication with students is attributed to scientific specialization in favor of the of special education ،as well as there are significant statistical differences between the responses of the sample regarding the degree of faculty practice of human relationships in all domains due to the academic level variable in favor of the Eighth level students ،the study recommended several recommendations ، the most important of which is the initiative to deliver peace to students when meeting them.
