AB - This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Madrasati platform in light of the Coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) from the point of view of intellectual disability teachers by identifying the advantages and disadvantages of Madrasati platform. The study uses the descriptive analytical approach; furthermore, the study sample includes all intellectual disability teachers of all academic levels of the Education Administration in Taif Governorate. In the study tool represented in the questionnaire, the total number of the study sample is (317), including (208) male teachers and (109) female teachers. The results of the main question indicated a significant percentage of (72.9%) for all the study axes. The results indicated the advantages of using Madrasati platform. This aspect is strongly achieved with a percentage of (74.5%). Most notably, teaching through Madrasati platform is one of the appropriate methods considering Coronavirus pandemic. Moreover, it helps to reduce the costs of printing books, schools and transportation. On the other hand, the results demonstrated some of the disadvantages of using Madrasati platform. This aspect is strongly achieved with a percentage of (71.3%) as teaching through Madrasati platform requires extra time and effort from the teacher along with the difficulty of using Madrasati platform to teach some skills to students with Intellectual disabilities. Furthermore, the study indicates that there are statistical differences between the responses of the study sample regarding the advantages and disadvantages of Madrasati platform in light of the Coronavirus pandemic from the viewpoint of teachers of intellectual disability. These differences are attributable to the gender variable in favor of females, the educational level that it teaches in favor of the secondary level, computer and technology training courses for those who obtained more than three training courses, and the absence of statistical differences between the responses of the study sample that attribute to the educational level variable years of experience, and training courses on the Madrasati platform.
