AU - الدوسري، صالح محمد أحمد AB - استهدفت الدراسة بلورة رؤية مقترحة لتفعيل أدوار قائدي المدارس الثانوية يمدينه الرياض في عمليات التخطيط والتنظيم واتخاذ القرار والتقويم في ضوء مبادئ الإدارة الذاتية، و اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي المسحي، حيث عرضت الأسس النظرية للإدارة الذاتية، ثم تجارب بعض الدول في تطبيق الإدارة الذاتية للمدرسة، ثم العمليات الإدارية المختارة، ودور قائدي المدارس فيها، واستخدمت الدراسة استبانة طبقت على عينة عشوائية قوامها (410) من مديري المدارس والمشرفين التربويين والمعلمين بالمدارس الثانوية الحكومية بمدينة الرياض للتعرف إلى مدى اتفاقهم على تطبيق قائدي المدارس لمبادئ الإدارة الذاتية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى اتفاق عينة الدراسة أن قائدي المدارس يطبقون مبادئ الإدارة الذاتية في عمليات التخطيط و التنظيم و اتخاذ القرارات والتقويم، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين أفراد العينة لصالح المشرفين التربويين، وانتهت الدراسة برؤية مقترحة لتطوير العمليات الإدارية المختارة لدى قائدي المدارس الثانوية باستخدام مبادئ الإدارة الذاتية. And the role of school principals. The study used a questionnaire applied on a random sample(410) of school principals, educational supervisors and teachers in secondary schools in Riyadh to determine the extent of their agreement on the application of school leaders the principles of self-management. The study concluded that the school leaders apply the principles of self-management in the planning, organizing, decision making and evaluation processes, and there are statistically significant differences between the sample members in favor of the educational supervisors. The study concluded with a proposed vision for the development of the selected administrative processes among the school leaders Secondary schools using the principles of self-management.
