AU - الطويقات، أجمل فهد AB - The study aimed to identify the level of time management and its relationship to the participatory leadership pattern among educational supervisors in the capital, Amman, in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, For the academic year (2020-2021), and the relational analytical descriptive approach was used, and the study sample consisted of (96) supervisors and supervisors, with (44) male and (52) female supervisors participatory leadership and time management scale were developed psychometric characteristics of validity and consistency were checked, the results of the research found that supervisors have an moderate average level of time management, a high level of participatory leadership in them, and that there is a statistically significant correlation between time management and participatory leadership, and that time management and participatory leadership do not differ according to gender and educational level. For the supervisor, while it was found that supervisors with higher experience have a better level of participatory leadership, and the study recommended the need to pay attention to providing an appropriate atmosphere that helps supervisors to manage time. More effectively.
