AU - البلوشي، علي بن حسين AB - هدفت الدراسة للتعرف إلى درجة توفر أبعاد الصحة التنظيمية بمدارس التعليم الأساسي في ضوء التعليم عن بعد بمحافظة شمال الباطنة بسلطنة عمان من وجهة نظر المعلمين. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (530) معلما ومعلمة في مدارس التعليم الأساسي بسلطنة عمان في العام الدراسي (2020-2021) تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية. استخدم الباحث استبانة تكونت من أربعة أبعاد هي: بُعد التماسك المدرسي، وبُعد المبادرة بالعمل، وبُعد دعم الموارد، وبُعد المعنويات. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة توفر أبعاد الصحة التنظيمية بمدارس التعليم الأساسي بمحافظة شمال الباطنة في ضوء التعليم عن بُعد من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاءت متوسطة. كشفت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين تقديرات أفراد العينة في بُعدي: المبادرة بالعمل والمعنويات تعزى لمتغير النوع الاجتماعي لصالح الذكور، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين تقديرات أفراد العينة في جميع أبعاد الصحة التنظيمية تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة لصالح الفئة 11 سنة فأكثر. وبناء على النتائج، أوصت الدراسة بتوعية مديري المدارس بأهمية توفر أبعاد الصحة التنظيمية بمدارسهم، وحثهم على تفعيلها وتمكينها ضمن الخطط الأسبوعية والفصلية لهم، والعمل على تنفيذ برامج إنماء مهني حول استخدام وتفعيل التقنيات الحديثة في التعليم عن بُعد. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - This study aimed to identify the availability of the dimensions of organizational health in basic education schools in the perceptive of online teaching in Al Batinah North Governorate in Sultanate of Oman from the teachers’ point of view. The descriptive method was adopted in this study. A random sample consisted of 530 teachers from basic education schools in sultanate of Oman in (2020-2021) was selected. And the researcher used a survey that included four dimensions, which are school cohesion dimension, initiative dimension, support resource dimension, and morality dimension. The result of the study showed that the level of availability of the dimensions of organizational health in primary schools in Al Batinah North Governorate in the perspective of studying online from teachers’ point of view is average. The results of the study revealed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the estimates of the sample members in the initiative work, and morality dimensions due to the gender variable in favor of males, and there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the estimates of the sample members in all dimensions of organizational health due to the variable years of experience in favor of the group 11 years and above. According to the results, the study recommended developing the school principals’ awarness of the importance of having the dimensions of organizational health in their schools, and encourage them to activate and enable them within their weekly and semester plans, and to implement professional development programs on the use and activation of modern technologies within online studying.
