AU - مخزوم، فيولا طلال AU - زعتر، رنا AB - يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة أثر الذكاء البشري في تطوير العمل الإداري، من خلال التركيز على ثلاثة أبعاد رئيسية: الذكاء الانفعالي، والتواصل الفعّال، والإبداع والابتكار. وقد أُجريت الدراسة الميدانية على عيّنة مؤلفة من 124 موظفًا إداريًا يعملون في مدارس خاصة ضمن محافظة بيروت. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واُستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات من المشاركين. وقد أظهرت النتائج أن القدرة على فهم مشاعر الآخرين والتفاعل معهم بفعالية تسهم بشكل واضح في بناء بيئة عمل إيجابية. كما بيّنت أن التفكير الإبداعي يلعب دورًا محوريًا في تطوير الأفكار وتحسين الأساليب الإدارية، وأن المدارس التي تعزز ثقافة الإبداع تشهد تطورًا ملحوظًا في أساليب التدريس والإدارة على حد سواء. The field study was conducted on a sample of 124 administrative staff members working in private schools across the Beirut governorate. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical methodology, utilizing a questionnaire as the primary tool for data collection. The findings revealed that the ability to understand others’ emotions and interact with them effectively contributes significantly to creating a positive work environment. Moreover, creative thinking plays a central role in generating new ideas and enhancing administrative practices. Schools that promote a culture of innovation witness continuous improvements in both teaching and administrative methods.
