AU - العبيات، خلف عطية AU - أبو أسعد، أحمد عبد اللطيف AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى استقصاء العلاقة بين مهارات الاستذكار، ومركز الضبط لدى طلبة الصف الأول الثانوي في مدارس لواء قصبة محافظة الطفيلة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اختيار (160) طالبًا وطالبة من طلبة الصف الأول الثانوي بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، وتم تطوير مقياسين: الأول: مهارات الاستذكار، والثاني: مركز الضبط، وتم التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية للمقياسين، وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية بين مهارات الاستذكار ومركز الضبط، وأنّ الطلبة يختلفون في مهارات الاستذكار ومركز الضبط حسب التحصيل الدراسي ولصالح المستوى التحصيلي المرتفع، كما توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أنّ الذكور والإناث لا يختلفون في الصف الأول الثانوي في مهارات الاستذكار ومركز الضبط، وبناءً على نتائج الدراسة خرجت الدراسة ببعض التوصيات منها الاهتمام بالطلبة ذوي التحصيل المتدني لتنمية مهارات الاستذكار، والاهتمام بمركز الضبط لديهم. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - This study aimed at investigating the relationship between the study skills and locus of control among the students of the first secondary class in the schools of Al-Tafila Governorate, in order to achieve the study objectives, a simple random sample that consisted of (160) male and female students was chosen from the first secondary class. Two scales were developed: the scale of study skills, and the scale of locus of control. Their psychometric properties were verified. The study results showed that there was a positive correlational relationship between study skills and locus of control and that students differ in their study skills and locus of control based on their academic achievement in favor of those with high academic achievement. The results also revealed that male and female students in the first secondary class do not differ in their study skills and locus of control. In light of the results, the study recommended the necessity of paying more attention to the low-achieving students in order to develop their study skills and their locus of control.
