AU - العمري، فاروق أحمد AU - خطايبة، عبد الله محمد AB - هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة توظيف أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في جامعة اليرموك لأهداف التنمية المستدامة (2030)، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (124) عضو هيئة تدريس من جامعة اليرموك، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتم جمع البيانات باستخدام الاستبانة، وقد تم التحقق من خصائصها السيكومترية، وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة توظيف أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الكليات العلمية في جامعة اليرموك لأهداف التنمية المستدامة (2030) جاءت متوسطة، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسطات الحسابية لدرجة توظيف أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في الكليات العلمية في جامعة اليرموك لأهداف التنمية المستدامة (2030)" تبعاً لمتغير الرتبة الأكاديمية على الدرجة الكلية للأداة وعلى الأبعاد جميعها ماعدا بعد درجة توظيف المهارات والقيم والاتجاهات الداعمة لتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة والذي جاء لصالح رتبة أستاذ. The study sample consisted of (124) faculty members from Yarmouk University. The study used the descriptive survey methodology. The data was collected through a questionnaire, and the psychometric properties were verified. The results showed that the degree of employment of faculty members in scientific colleges at Yarmouk University for the Sustainable Development Goals (2030) medium. They also showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the Means of the degree of employment of faculty members in scientific colleges at Yarmouk University for the sustainable development goals (2030) "according to the variable of academic level on the total score and on all dimensions, except "the degree of employment of skills, values and attitudes in support of achieving sustainable development goals, which came in favor of professor, rank.
