AU - قشقوش، منى عدنان AU - عاشور، محمد علي AU - العمري، خالد محمد AB - هدفت الدراسة تعرف العلاقة بين درجة فاعلية إدارة الأزمات لدى المشرفين التربويين داخل الخط الأخضر في ظل جائحة كورونا والرضا الوظيفي لدى المعلمين. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي الارتباطي، واستبانتين، إحداهما لقياس درجة فاعلية إدارة الأزمات لدى المشرفين التربويين، والثانية لقياس مستوى الرضا الوظيفي لدى المعلمين، وتكونت العينة من (415) فرداً في مدارس الوسط العربي في منطقة المثلث داخل الخط الأخضر، توزعوا إلى (68) مشرفاً، و(43) مديراً، و(304) معلمين ومعلمات، تم اختيارهم بطريقتي الحصر الشامل والعشوائية. أظهرت النتائج أن درجة فاعلية إدارة الأزمات جاءت متوسطة، وأن مستوى الرضا الوظيفي جاء متوسطاً، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين درجة فاعلية إدارة الأزمات لدى المشرفين التربويين ومستوى الرضا الوظيفي لدى المعلمين. أوصت الدراسة بتوفير آليات تمكن المشرفين من متابعة سير أداء المعلمين في التعلم عن بعد، وحفز الكوادر المدرسية على ضرورة تبادل الخبرات فيما يتعلق بالتعليم الإلكتروني. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The study aimed to discover the relationship between the degree of effectiveness of crisis management among educational supervisors during Corona pandemic and job satisfaction among teachers. The study used the correlational descriptive methodology. Two questionnaires were used, one of them to measure the degree of effectiveness of crisis management among educational supervisors, and the second to measure the level of job satisfaction among teachers, after assuring its validity and reliability. The sample consisted of (415) individuals in the Arab schools within the Triangle region within the Green Line, who were spread into (68) supervisors, (43) principals, and (304) teachers, and were chosen using comprehensive and random methods. The results showed that both the degree of effectiveness of crisis management and the level of job satisfaction were Medium, and a positive correlation between the degree of effectiveness of crisis management among educational supervisors and the level of job satisfaction among teachers. The study recommended the provision of mechanisms that enable supervisors to monitor the progress of teachers’ performance in distance learning and motivate school personnel to exchange experiences with regard to e-learning.
