AU - محاميد، منير أحمد AU - عاشور، محمد علي AU - العمري، خالد محمد AB - هدفت الدراسة تعرف درجة ممارسة المهارات القيادية لدى مديري المدارس الإعدادية داخل الخط الأخضر وعلاقتها بتمكين المعلمين في التعلم عن بعد. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، واستخدمت الاستبانة أداة للدراسة بعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، وتكونت عينتها من (364) معلماً ومعلمة، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة. أظهرت النتائج أن درجة ممارسة المهارات القيادية لدى مديري المدارس الإعدادية داخل الخط الأخضر جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، وأن مستوى تمكين المعلمين في التعلم عن بعد جاء مرتفعاً، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين ممارسة المهارات القيادية وتمكين المعلمين. أوصت الدراسة بضرورة ترسيخ مفهوم تمكين المعلمين لدى مديري المدارس، في جميع الظروف وليس فقط في الظروف الطارئة كالتعلم عن بعد. The study used the correlational descriptive methodology, and the questionnaire for collecting data after confirming its validity and reliability. The study sample consisted of (364) teachers, who were selected using a simple random sampling method. The results showed that the degree of practicing leadership skills among preparatory school principals within the Green Line was high, and that the level of teachers’ empowerment in distance learning was high, and the existence of a positive correlation between practicing leadership skills and empowering teachers. The study recommended consolidating the concept of teacher empowerment among school principals, in all circumstances, not just in emergencies such as distance learning.
