AU - حسين، زينة حمودي AB - يهدف البحث التعرف على حدود تطبيق التمكين الإداري لدى رؤساء الأقسام في كلية التربية للعلوم الصرفة- ابن الهيثم. بلغ مجتمع الدراسة (493) تدريسيا وتدريسية، في حين بلغت عينة الدراسة (49) تدريسي وتدريسية بنسبة (10%). لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم بناء استبانة مكونة من (33) فقرة موزعة على أربع مجالات (القدرة والعمل الإداري، الدعم والتحفيز، التفويض والصلاحيات، الاتصال الإداري)، وتم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها عن طريق عرضها على مجموعة من المحكمين في اختصاصات مختلفة. استعملت الباحثة الوسائل الإحصائية المناسبة لغرض تحليل النتائج وتفسيرها. توصل البحث إلى أن التمكين الإداري مطبق لدى رؤساء الأقسام بدرجة متوسطة، في حين لم تظهر أي فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمتغير الشهادة والجنس لدى الفئة المستهدفة. توصي الباحثة بادخال رؤساء الأقسام العلمية بدورات تنموية شاملة تمكنهم من مواكبة التغييرات على وفق المعايير العالمية الخاصة بالعمل الإداري. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The research aims to recognize the limits of applying the administrative empowerment at the departments heads in the College of Education for Pure Sciences, Ibn Al Haitham, where, the study society amount to (493) lecturer, while, the study sample has reached (49) lecturer, by the ratio of (10%), to achieve the aim of the study, a questionnaire has been made that constituted from (33) items distributed upon four fields (Ability, Administrative work, Support, Motivation, Authorization, Powers and Administrative communication) and it has been verified from its validity and reliability by presenting it to a group of arbitrators in different specializations, the researcher used the suitable statistical means for the purpose of analyzing and interpreting the results, the research has reached, that the administrative empowerment is applied at the departments heads in an average degree, while any statistically significant differences for the variable of the degree and gender did not appear at the target group. The researcher recommends entering the heads of the scientific departments in comprehensive development courses enable them to keep pace with the changes in accordance with the world standards concerning the administrative work.
