AU - كنعان، رنا محمد AU - جبران، علي محمد AB - هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن درجة ممارسة استراتيجيات المنظمة المتعلمة لدى مديري المدارس العربية داخل الخط الأخضر وعلاقتها بأنماط تفكيرهم. واستخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي الارتباطي من خلال استبانة ممارسة استراتيجيات المنظمة المتعلمة وتكونت من (26) فقرة، واستبانة أنماط التفكير وتكونت من (28) فقرة، وتم التأكد من دلالات صدقهما وثباتهما. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (379) مديرًا ومستشارًا تربويًا وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة ممارسة استراتيجيات المنظمة المتعلمة لدى مديري المدارس العربية جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، وأن الأنماط السائدة لدى مديري المدارس العربية كانت على الترتيب الآتي: (التنظيمي، المنطقي، الاجتماعي، الإبداعي)، وأنه توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيًا بين ممارسة استراتيجيات المنظمة المتعلمة لدى مديري المدارس العربية على الدرجة الكلية ومجالاتها وبين أنماط التفكير لدى مديري المدارس العربية. وأوصت الدراسة بان تعقد وزارة التربية والتعليم برامج تدريبية لتعزيز ممارسة استراتيجيات المنظمة المتعلمة لدى مديري المدارس العربية. A descriptive survey correlational methodology was used, through the practicing of the learning organization strategies questionnaire, which consisted of (26) items, and the thinking styles questionnaire, which included (28) items. The sample consisted of (379) Principals and educational consultants. The results showed that the degree of practicing the learning organization strategies among Arab school principals was moderate, and that the prevailing patterns among Arab school principals were in the following order (organizational, logical, social, and creative). There was a positive direct statistically significant correlation between the practice of the strategies of learning organization among the principals on the total degree, and their thinking styles. The study recommended that the Ministry of Education held training programs to enhance the practice of learning organization strategies among Arab school principals.
