AU - عرابي، مهنا محمد AU - عاشور، محمد علي AU - العمري، أكرم محمود AB - هدفت الدراسة تعرف دور مديري المدارس الإعدادية في منطقة الشمال داخل الخط الأخضر في توفير بيئة مدرسية آمنة وعلاقته بالتحصيل التعليمي للطلبة من وجهة نظر المعلمين. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي الارتباطي، والاستبانة أداة للدراسة بعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، وتألفت عينة الدراسة من (351) معلماً ومعلمة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة. أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى دور مديري المدارس الإعدادية في منطقة الشمال داخل الخط الأخضر في توفير بيئة مدرسية آمنة جاء مرتفعاً، وأن مستوى التحصيل التعليمي لدى الطلبة جاء مرتفعاً. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين توفير البيئة المدرسية الآمنة ومستوى التحصيل التعليمي للطلبة. أوصت الدراسة بتعزيز ممارسات مديري المدارس التي توفر البيئة الآمنة، وتثقيف المديرين بكل ما هو جديد في مجال الأمن والسلامة في المدارس، وبطرق تحسين مستوى التحصيل المدرسي. The descriptive correlational methodology was used, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for the study after verifying its validity and reliability. The study sample consisted of (351) male and female teachers who were chosen by random sampling. The results showed that the level of the role of preparatory school principals in the North district within the Green Line in providing a safe school environment was high, and that the level of educational achievement of students was high. The results also showed a positive correlation between the provision of a safe school environment and the level of educational achievement of students. The study recommended strengthening the practices of school principals that enhance safety in schools, providing principals with updates on security and safety in schools, and ways to improve school achievement.
