AU - عازم، عبد الإله محمود AU - عاشور، محمد علي AU - العمري، خالد محمد AB - هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى تعرف درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس داخل الخط الأخضر القيادة التحويلية وعلاقتها بالدافعية لدى المعلمين من وجهة نظرهم. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (424) معلماً ومعلمة في مدارس منطقة المثلث داخل الخط الأخضر تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية، واستخدمت استبانة قياس درجة ممارسة القيادة التحويلية، واستبانة قياس مستوى الدافعية أدوات للدراسة بعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها. أظهرت النتائج أن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس للقيادة التحويلية جاءت مرتفعة، وأن مستوى الدافعية لدى المعلمين جاء مرتفعاً، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ودالة إحصائياً بين درجة ممارسة المديرين للقيادة التحويلية ومستوى الدافعية لدى المعلمين. أوصت الدراسة بالمحافظة على المستوى المرتفع من ممارسة مديري المدارس للقيادة التحويلية، ودعم المعلمين بالحوافز المادية والمعنوية من أجل الحفاظ على المستوى المرتفع من الدافعية لديهم. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The study aimed to identify the degree to which school principals within the Green Line practice of transformational leadership and its relationship to motivation among teachers from their point of view. Correlational descriptive methodology was used. The study sample consisted of (424) teachers in schools of the Triangle Region within the Green Line who were randomly chosen, and a questionnaire to measure the practice of transformational leadership, and a questionnaire to measure the level of motivation were used after assuring their validity and reliability. The results showed that the degree of school principals’ practice of transformational leadership was high. The level of motivation among teachers was high and there was a positive statistically significant correlation between the principals’ practice of transformational leadership and the level of motivation among teachers. The study recommended maintaining the high level of school principals' practice of transformational leadership and supporting teachers financially and morally in order to maintain their high level of motivation.
