AU - القاسم، إيمان إبراهيم قاسم AU - كعكي، سهام محمد AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى بحث علاقة الإدارة الإلكترونية بتفعيل عمليات إدارة المعرفة في جامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبد الرحمن من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة الإدارية؛ وذلك بتشخيص واقع تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية لعمليات إدارة المعرفة في كل من الإعلام بالمهام الإدارية ومتابعتها، والكشف عن الصعوبات التي تواجه تفعيل الإدارة الإلكترونية لعمليات إدارة المعرفة من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة الإدارية، والتعرف على علاقة الإدارة الإلكترونية بتفعيل عمليات إدارة المعرفة في كل من الإعلام بالمهام المطلوبة ومتابعتها، والتعرف على الفروق الإحصائية بين مجموعة استجابة عينة الدراسة عن علاقة الإدارة الإلكترونية بتفعيل عمليات إدارة المعرفة بالمهام المطلوبة تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة، واقتراح آليات لتطوير علاقة الإدارة الإلكترونية بتفعيل عمليات إدارة المعرفة من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة الإدارية. اتبع المنهج الوصفي بتطبيق أسلوبين منه وهو المسحي والإرتباطي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من أعضاء الهيئة الإدارية بكليات جامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبد الرحمن، وتمثلت عينة الدراسة في (14%) من مجتمع الدراسة، توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج منها: موافقة أفراد عينة الدراسة على تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية لعمليات إدارة المعرفة في التعريف بالمهام المطلوبة بمتوسط حسابي من (2.78 - 3.00). وكان أعضاء الهيئة الإدارية حياديون حول الصعوبات التي تواجه تفعيل الإدارة الإلكترونية لعمليات إدارة المعرفة بمتوسط حسابي (2.32 من 3.00)، وعلاقة الإدارة الإلكترونية بتفعيل عمليات إدارة المعرفة في كل من الإعلام بالمهام المطلوبة ومتابعتها كانت طردية قوية إيجابية، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في إجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة باختلاف متغيراتها. ووافق أفراد عينة الدراسة على آليات تطوير علاقة الإدارة الإلكترونية بتفعيل عمليات إدارة المعرفة. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The study aimed to search the role of the electronic administration in activating the knowledge management process at Princess Nora bint Abdulrahman University from the point of view of its administrative staff by diagnosing the application of the e-administration in knowledge management process in specifying and following the administrative tasks and identifying the obstacles facing it. It also helped to identify the statistical differences between the participants’ responses in this research, and suggested mechanisms for developing electronic administration and its role in activating knowledge management processes. The study is based on the descriptive approach by applying its two methods which are survey and associative. The study population consists of the administration staff at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, and the study sample was (14%) of the study population. The study concluded that the participants in this research agreed with the application of the electronic administration in the knowledge management processes in defining and following the required tasks with arithmetic average between (2.78 – 3.00). They also agreed with the mechanisms of developing the relationship between the electronic administration and the knowledge management processes. The administrative staff were neutral about the difficulties that face the application of the electronic administration to the knowledge management processes with arithmetic average between (2.32 – 3.00), and the relationship between them are positive and strong. The educational qualification of the research participants does not affect the study conclusions.
