AU - إبراهيم، حسام الدين السيد AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى اقتراح ميثاق أخلاقي لمجالس الأمناء والآباء والمُعلمين بمدارس الوطن العربي في ضوء نماذج بعض الدول، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، كما استخدمت تحليل الوثائق كأداة في جمع البيانات والمعلومات. واقترحت الدراسة ميثاقاً أخلاقياً لمجالس الأمناء والآباء والمُعلمين في مدارس الوطن العربي يرتكز على ثمانية مجالات رئيسة هي: المبادئ العامة مثل العدالة، والمساواة، والاحترام، والنزاهة، والأمانة؛ والتزامات الأعضاء نحو المجلس، والطلبة، والمدرسة، وهيئة العاملين، والسلطات الإدارية العُليا، وأولياء أمور الطلبة والمجتمع المحلي، والجمعيات الداعمة. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - This study aimed at proposed Code of ethic for the boards of trustees, parents and teachers for schools in the Arab world in the light of models of some countries. The study used a descriptive method, also used a Document analysis was also used as a tool for data and information collection. The study proposed code of ethic for the boards of trustees, parents and teachers for schools in the Arab world based on eight main areas: general principles such as justice, equality, respect, integrity and honesty; and Members' obligations to the Board, students, school, staff, higher administrative authorities, parents of students and the community, and supportive associations.
