AU - الناصري، ناصر بن سيف بن سعيد AU - إبراهيم، حسام الدين السيد AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة توافر أبعاد الاستقامة التنظيمية لدى مٌديري مدارس التعليم الأساسي في محافظة الظاهرة بسلطنة عُمان من وجهة نظر المُعلمين. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، كما استخدمت الاستبانة في جمع البيانات والمعلومات وتم تطبيقها على عينة مكونة من (203) معلمين ومعلمات. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن درجة توافر أبعاد الاستقامة التنظيمية لدى مٌديري مدارس التعليم الأساسي في محافظة الظاهرة بسلطنة عُمان من وجهة نظر المُعلمين جاءت كبيرة في أبعاد الدراسة ككل، كما جاءت كبيرة في جميع الأبعاد وهي: التفاؤل، والثقة، والتعاطف، والنزاهة، والتسامح. كما كشفت النتائج عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة عند مستوى (α≤0.05) تعزى إلى متغيري سنوات الخبرة، والمؤهل العلمي، ولكن وجدت هذه الفروق في متغير الجنس ولصالح الذكور. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The study aimed to identify The degree of availability of organizational Virtuousness dimensions for principals of basic education schools in Al Dhahirah Governorate, Sultanate of Oman from the viewpoint of teachers , study used a descriptive method also used the questionnaire to collect data and information were applied to a sample of (203) teachers. The findings of the study showed the degree of availability of organizational virtuousness dimensions for principals of basic education schools in Al Dhahirah Governorate was generally high achieved; They also came high achieved of all dimensions: Optimism, Trust, Compassion, Integrity and Forgiveness. Results also showed that there were no significant differences at (α≤0.05) in the study variables which are Years of experience and academic level, but founded significant differences in sex variable and in favor of males.
