AU - محمد، حجاج أحمد عبد الله AB - This research aimed at evaluating the educational and cultural preparation program of the Arabic language teacher in the light of availability of e-learning skills in this program and to achieve this aim, the researcher analyzed the courses of the educational and cultural preparation program of the Arabic language teacher which were 58 courses, the researcher analyzed these courses in the light of the list of e-leaning skills that were reached in this study which were three main skills: the skills of using the computer which include ten skills, the skills of dealing with the internet which include also ten skills, the skill of preparing e- courses and good communication with students with seven sub-skills are listed under them and the research has resulted in many results, the most important one is a list of the previous skills, and the study also found the weakness of the educational and cultural preparation program for the Arabic language teacher in its representation for the e-learning skills which call for a review of this program to develop it , to include these indispensible skills for the future teacher, which requires him to deal with the computer perfectly, using the distance learning and communicate electronically with his students in an excellent way. Therefore the study recommended the necessity to include the list of skills reached in the study in the educational and cultural preparation program for the Arabic language teacher Faculty of Education.
