AB - The study aimed to identify the impact of toxic leadership practices on organizational loyalty in educational institutions and means of confrontation, and the study followed the descriptive approach. The sample was designed and the sample consisted of 208 workers in educational institutions with different educational stages., and the results of the study concluded that there is an inverse relationship between leadership The toxicity with its subcomponents and the organizational loyalty by calculating the correlation coefficients between the toxic leadership with its subcomponents and the organizational loyalty, as the correlation values were between (-0.25, -0.53) for the toxic leadership domains and the correlation value was (-0.44) for the toxic leadership as a whole, all of which are at a significance level (0.01) ., The toxic leadership variable has a significant effect on the level of organizational loyalty, and through the theoretical part and the field part, the study reached ways to confront the toxic leadership proposed to support organizational loyalty.
