AU - المساندة، عبير عودة خليفة AB - هدفت الدراسة لمعرفة دور تطبيق الحوكمة في تحسين مستوى الأداء الوظيفي لدى مدراء المدارس في مديرية التربية والتعليم في محافظة مأدبا، ولتحقيق ذلك اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، واعتمدت الباحثة الاستبانة الإلكترونية كأداة للدراسة بعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، تم توزيعها على أفراد عينة الدراسة والبالغ عددهم (58) مدير ومديرة من مدارس التربية التعليم في محافظة مأدبا تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العنقودية الطبقية، وبعد جمع البيانات تم تحليلها إحصائيا باستخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي (SPSS). أظهرت النتائج وجود أث ذو دلالة إحصائية لتطبيق الحوكمة في تحسين مستوى الأداء الوظيفي لدى مدراء التربية والتعليم في محافظة مأدبا، حيث بلغ متوسط تطبيق الحوكمة في مديرية التربية والتعليم في محافظة مأدبا (4.46) وبدرجة مرتفعة، وأن متوسط تحسين مستوى الأداء الوظيفي لدى المدراء فيها بلغ (4.36) وبدرجة مرتفعة، كما وأظهرت النتائج أيضا أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لتحسين مستوى الأداء الوظيفي يعزى للجنس، وهناك فروق تعزى فقط للمؤهل العلمي ولصالح الدراسات العليا. وفي ضوء النتائج، أوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات. To achieve this, the study followed the descriptive survey approach. Their number is (58) male and female principals from education schools in Madaba governorate, who were selected using the stratified cluster method. After collecting the data, they were analyzed statistically using the statistical analysis program (SPSS). And education in Madaba Governorate, where the average of the application of governance in the Directorate of Education in Madaba Governorate was (4.46), with a high degree, and that the average improvement in the level of job performance among managers there was (4.36), with a high degree. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences. To improve the level of job performance due to gender, and there are differences attributed only to the academic qualification and in favor of postgraduate studies. In light of the results, the study recommended several recommendations.
