AU - الشلي، خالد بن علي بن صالح AU - إبراهيم، حسام الدين السيد AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس للقيادة التبادلية بمحافظة شمال الشرقية في سلطنة عُمان من وجهة نظر المعلمين، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، كما استخدمت الاستبانة في جمع البيانات والمعلومات وتم تطبيقها على عينة مكونة من (99) معلماً ومعلمة. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس للقيادة التبادلية بمحافظة شمال الشرقية بسلطنة عُمان من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاءت عالية بشكل عام، كما جاء بدرجة عالية أيضاً في جميع محاور الدراسة وهي: المكافأة الموقفية، والإدارة بالاستثناء النشطة، والإدارة بالاستثناء الساكنة، كما كشفت النتائج عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة عند مستوى (α≤0.05) تُعزى إلى متغيرات المؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة، أما مُتغير الجنس فوجدت هذه الفروق في جميع المحاور ولصالح الإناث. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - This study aimed to identify the degree of school principals' practice of transactional leadership North- Alsharqia Governorate, Sultanate of Oman from the teachers point of view , study used a descriptive method, also used the questionnaire to collect data and information were applied to a sample of (99) teachers. The findings of the study showed that The degree of school principals' practice of transactional leadership North- Alsharqia Governorate, Sultanate of Oman from the teachers point of view was came generally hgih degree; They also came hgih degree of all fields: contingent reward, management by exception (positive), and management by exception (negative). The results also showed that there were no significant differences at (α≤0.05) in the study variables which are academic level and Years of experience, As for the sex variable, and found these differences in the fields of credibility, respect, and for the benefit of female.
