AU - اليوبي، عهود حمود عطية الله AU - كلنتن، إبتهاج عبد العزيز AU - حمد، إرادة عمر AB - This study aimed to explore the relationship between psychological resilience and occupational stressors among a sample of working mothers who have children in the lower grades of primary school during the period of distance education in the time of COVID-19 pandemic. The study also aimed to measure the level of psychological resilience and occupational stressors and to identify the most common dimensions of occupational stressors among the participants. In addition, the study measures the differences in psychological resilience and occupational stressors according to some demographic variables (e.g., age, educational level, and nature of the work and type of the sector). The sample consisted of (209) working mothers. The researchers employed the descriptive correlational approach to the study. To collect the data, the researchers used the Occupational Stress scale translated by Farag Abdel Qader Taha and Alsayed Mustafa Ragheb (2010), and the Psychological Resilience Scale translated by Rasha Mohammed Abdul Sattar (2015). The results showed that there is a significant negative and low correlation between psychological resilience and occupational stressors and a high level of psychological resilience was found in the study sample. The most common dimension of occupational stress in the sample was overburden. The results also indicated that there was a statistically significant difference between the study participants in terms of psychological resilience due to their age, in favor to the older age. No significant difference was found between the participants it terms of psychological resilience due to the educational level, and no significant difference was found in the sample in terms of occupational stressors due to the nature of the work and type of the sector.
