AU - عبد المنعم، منى عبد العزيز محمد AU - علي، محمود علي عامر AU - عبد الحفيظ، لبنى نبيل AB - هدف البحث إلى قياس أثر استخدام استراتيجية الاكتشاف الموجه فى تدريس الجغرافيا لتنمية بعض مهارات قراءة الخريطة لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الإعدادية، وتكونت عينة البحث من (55) تلميذا وتلميذة تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية، وتم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين الأولى ضابطة وتكونت من (30) تلميذا وتلميذة درست بالطريقة المعتادة في تدريس الجغرافيا، والثانية تجريبية درست وفق استراتيجية الاكتشاف الموجه، وتم استخدام المنهج شبه التجريبي في البحث، وتمثلت أداة البحث في اختبار مهارة قراءة الخريطة، وتم إعادة صياغة وحدة في الجغرافيا باستراتيجية الاكتشاف الموجه مع إعداد دليل للمعلم وفق الاستراتيجية المقترحة، وكراسة نشاط للتلاميذ، وتم تطبيق الوحدة على المجموعة التجريبية للعام الدراسي (2021-2022) الفصل الدراسي الاول. أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين متوسط درجات تلاميذ المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة في التطبيق البعدي لاختبار مهارة قراءة الخريطة لصالح تلاميذ المجموعة التجريبية. أوصت الدراسة بضرورة إتاحة الفرصة للتلاميذ لممارسة عملية الاكتشاف وتضمين المناهج أنشطة هادفة تساعد على تنمية مهارات قراءة الخريطة وتتناسب مع تلاميذ المرحلة الإعدادية. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The aims of research are to try the effectiveness of using a Guided Discovery strategy in geography to develop map reading skills for students of the second grade of middle school. The research sample consisted of (no =55) a student. The sample consisted of two groups: control group (no = 30) which were taught by traditional method and experimental group (no = 25) which taught by using the using scout-oriented strategy. In order to achieve study aims, the researcher used a quasi experimental method for the purpose of the researcher prepared the following tool test of map reading skills of the second grade of middle school, and re-built unit in geography with guide for teacher, activity booklet for student. The unit was applied in the first semester of the academic year. The researcher result revealed the effectiveness of using: there are statistically significant differences at (0.05) between the mean scores of experimental groups and the control group in the post administration of understanding tool test of map reading skills in favor of the experimental group, and the research recommended the need to provide an opportunity for students to practice the discovery method themselves. It also recommended inclusion of meaning activities within the curriculum to help the development of map reading skills and it is suitable for students of middle school.
