AU - إسماعيل، شيماء صابر إسماعيل AU - عبد المعطي، حسن مصطفى AU - سعفان، محمد أحمد إبراهيم AB - يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على الفروق بين المصابات بسرطان الثدي وغير المصابات بسرطان الثدي في حدة القلق الوجودي، وكذلك التعرف على مستوى درجات القلق الوجودي لدى المصابات بسرطان الثدي. تكونت عينة البحث من (100) سيدة منهن (50) سيدة من المصابات بسرطان الثدي و(50) سيدة من غير المصابات بسرطان الثدي وتراوحت أعمارهن بين (38-48) عاما. تمثلت أدوات الدراسة في مقياس القلق الوجودي (إعداد الباحثة)، واختبار (T . A . T). توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى درجات القلق الوجودي لدى المصابات بسرطان الثدي مستوي مرتفع. وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المصابات وغير المصابات بسرطان الثدي في القلق الوجودي حيث كانت المصابات أكثر قلقا. كما توصلت نتائج الدراسة الإكلينيكية إلى وجود اختلافات بين الديناميات الشخصية للمريضات ذوات القلق الوجودي المرتفع وغير المرضات ذوات القلق الوجودي المنخفض، حيث نجد أن البناء النفسي للشخصية مضطرب وهذا يؤدي إلى حدوث اختلال في تنظيم الشخصية مما يؤدي إلى اضطرابها وانحرافها عن السواء. The sample consisted of (50) women with breast cancer and (50) women without breast cancer and their ages ranged between (38-48), the study tools were represented in the existential anxiety scale (prepared by the researcher), (T . The results of the study concluded that there are statistically significant differences between women with breast cancer and those without breast cancer, and that the level of existential anxiety among women with breast cancer is very high. Also, the clinical results of the study found that there are differences between the personal dynamics of patients with breast cancer with high existential anxiety and non-patients with low existential anxiety, and we find that the psychological structure of the personality is disturbed, and this leads to its disorder and deviation from the normal.
