AB - The research aims to measure the effectiveness of the blended learning to develop the critical listening skills among the second preparatory students. The researcher used the descriptive Analytical Method. She did a test to measure the level of the critical listening skills among the students. The research experiment has applied in the second semester of 2020/2021 academic year on a group consists of 30 students from the second prep stage students. The research revealed some conclusions; some of them are: the development of the critical listening skills of the second prep students. It is inferred from the research results that the critical listening skills had developed after teaching them by blended learning. The researcher recommended training students on the critical listening skills using blended learning, as well as training the teachers to use blended learning in teaching.
