AB - The study aims to reveal the reality of the administrative processes (planning, organization, and evaluation) in Tabuk Education Department and the procedures for their development in the light of the reengineering approach, and the extent of the statistically significant differences between the responses of the participants due to variables: (gender, position, years of experience) variables. The study adopted the descriptive survey approach, and the study population consists of all directors, heads of departments, and supervisors (males and females) in the departments affiliated to the Assistant General Director of Education for Educational Affairs. The study was applied to a sample of (250) directors, heads of departments, and supervisors (males and females) in Tabuk Education Department. The questionnaire was used as a tool. After statistical processing using the statistical packages program (SPSS). The study concluded the following results: The responses of the participants to the reality of administrative processes (planning, organizing, and evaluating) came with (moderate) degree, and the responses of the participants to the procedures for developing administrative processes (planning, organizing, and evaluating) came with (agree) degree, also the study showed statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the responses of the participants according to (gender) in favor of the (females) and according to the (position) in favor of (head of department). There were no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) according to (years of experience, and training courses about reengineering) in the domain of the reality of administrative processes in Tabuk Education Department, and there were statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the responses of the participants according to (gender) in favor of the (females), and there were statistically significant differences according to the (position) in favor of (supervisor), and there were statistically significant differences according to the (years of experience) in favor of (from 5 to less than 10 years), in favor of (no courses) in the domain of the development actions of the administrative processes at Tabuk Education Department. The study recommended the necessity of activating the procedures for developing administrative processes in Tabuk Education Department in the light of the reengineering administrative processes approach through: Adopting the administrative reengineering approach in Tabuk Education Department, by establishing the Process Engineering Department that which includes a specialized unit for each of the administrative processes (planning, organization, and evaluation), and that the strategic plans of Tabuk Education Department take into account the requirements for applying the administrative reengineering, and holding training courses for all directors, heads of departments, and supervisors in Tabuk Education Department about the procedures for developing administrative processes in light of the reengineering approach.
