AU - عوض، منير سعيد AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى توظيف أعضاء هيئة التدريس لتكنولوجيا الوسائط المتعددة في التدريس عبر المنصات الإلكترونية وعلاقتها بدافعية الإنجاز من وجهة نظر طلبة قسم اللغة العربية بجامعة الأقصى بفلسطين. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (69) طالبا وطالبة من طلبة قسم اللغة العربية بجامعة الأقصى بفلسطين. لتحقيق هدف الدراسة، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدم أداتي الدراسة، وهما: استبانة خاصة بتوظيف تكنولوجيا الوسائط المتعددة، ومقياس الدافعية للإنجاز. توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن الدرجة الكلية في توظيف أعضاء هيئة التدريس لتكنولوجيا الوسائط المتعددة في التدريس عبر المنصات الإلكترونية جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، تمثلت في متوسط حسابي (3.30)، وانحراف معياري (68.)، ونسبة منوية (66.17%). كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في متوسطات عينة الدراسة لمستوى توظيف أعضاء هيئة التدريس لتكنولوجيا الوسائط المتعددة في التدريس عبر المنصات الإلكترونية تعزى لمتغير كل من الجنس والمستوى التعليمي. كما بينت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة نحو توظيف أعضاء هيئة التدريس لتكنولوجيا الوسائط المتعددة في التدريس عبر المنصات الإلكترونية ودافعية الإنجاز من وجهة نظر طلبة قسم اللغة العربية بجامعة الأقصى. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The study aimed to reveal the level of faculty members’ employment of multimedia technology in teaching via electronic platforms and its relationship to achievement motivation from the point of view of students of the Arabic language department at Al-Aqsa University in Palestine. The study sample consisted of (69) students from the Arabic language department at Al-Aqsa University in Palestine. To achieve the goal of the study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method, and used the two tools of the study, namely: a questionnaire for the use of multimedia technology, and the achievement motivation scale. The results of the study concluded that the total degree of faculty members employing multimedia technology in teaching via electronic platforms came to a medium degree, represented by an arithmetic mean (3.30), a standard deviation (.68), and a percentage (%66.17). There are statistically significant differences in the averages of the study sample for the level of faculty members’ employment of multimedia technology in teaching via electronic platforms due to the variables of gender and educational level. Towards employing multimedia technology by faculty members in teaching via electronic platforms and achievement motivation from the point of view of students of the Arabic language department at Al-Aqsa University.
