AU - الصليبي، ليث AU - بدوي، عائشة AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة إتجاهات المرشدين التربويين في محافظة الخليل (فلسطين) نحو إستخدام السيكودراما في الإرشاد المدرسي، وكذلك الكشف عن فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05≥α) في إتجاهات المرشدين التربويين نحو إستخدام السيكودراما تبعاً لمتغيرات (الجنس، فئة المدرسة، الدرجة العلمية)، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (64) مرشداً ومرشدة يعملون في مدارس محافظة الخليل (فلسطين) وتم إختيارهم بطريقة العينة العشوائية البسيطة بنسبة (19%) من المجتمع الكلي، وتم تطبيق آداة من إعداد الباحث. واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الإستكشافي، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى اتجاهات المرشدين التربويين في محافظة الخليل (فلسطين) نحو إستخدام السيكودراما في الارشاد المدرسي كان متوسطاً، كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق في مستوى اتجاهاتهم نحو إستخدام السيكودراما تبعاُ لمتغير فئة المدرسة لصالح مدارس المرحلة الأساسية، وتبعاً لمتغير الدرجة العلمية للمرشد لصالح الدراسات العليا، وعدم وجود فروق في مستوى اتجاهاتهم نحو إستخدام السيكودراما تبعا لمتغير الجنس. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة رفع الوعي بين المرشدين التربويين بمجالات إستخدام السيكودراما، وكذلك عقد دورات تدريبية للمرشدين التربويين لتطوير مهاراتهم بالسيكودراما وإستخداماتها في الارشاد المدرسي، واعتماد السيكودراما كأسلوب إرشادي ضمن الخطط والبرامج الإرشادية لوزارة التربية والتعليم الفلسطينية. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - This study aims to explore the attitudes of educational counselors in the Hebron Governorate (Palestine) towards the use of psychodrama in school counseling. Additionally, it aimed to investigate statistically significant variances in the counselors’ feedback regarding the use of psychodrama based on variables such as gender, school category, and academic degree. The study sample consisted of 64 male and female counselors working in schools in the Hebron Governorate (Palestine), selected through simple random sampling, representing 19% of the total population. A research tool developed by the investigator was applied, and the study followed a descriptive exploratory approach. The results showed that the level of educational counselors' attitudes in Hebron (Palestine) towards the use of psychodrama in school counseling was moderate. The findings also indicated differences in their attitudes towards the use of psychodrama based on the school category variable, favoring counselors from basic education schools, and based on the academic degree of the counselor, favoring those with higher education. However, no differences were found in their attitudes based on gender. The study recommended the importance of raising awareness among educational counselors about the areas of psychodrama use. It also suggested organizing training courses for educational counselors to develop their skills in psychodrama and its applications in school counseling, and adopting psychodrama as a counseling method within the guidance programs and plans of the Palestinian Ministry of Education.
