AU - السهلي، عزيزة محمد AB - هدف البحث إلى تحديد أنماط الهدر المدرسي في مدارس التعليم العام بالمدينة المنورة. وبيان الفروق الإحصائية بين متوسطات تقديرات عينة الدراسة حول أنماط الهدر تبعا لمتغيرات (الجنس، المرحلة، الخبرة، الدورات التدريبية). اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي واستخدم الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات حيث تم تطبيقها على عينة بلغت (274) فردا، وبلغت نسبة الذكور (51%) مديرا، في حين بلغت نسبة الإناث (49%) مديرة، من مدارس التعليم العام بالمدينة المنورة. توصلت نتائج البحث إلى: وجود هدر مدرسي في مدارس التعليم العام بالمدينة المنورة بدرجة مرتفعة بلغت (3.76)، تمثل في وجود هدر في الموارد المادية، وهدر في الموارد البشرية، والهدر الزمني. كما توصلت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (a<0.05) في تقديرات عينة الدراسة اتجاه أنماط الهدر المدرسي في مدارس التعليم العام في جميع الأنماط والمحور ككل تبعا لمتغيرات (الجنس، المرحلة، الخبرة، الدورات التدريبية). And a statement of the statistical differences between the average estimates of the study sample regarding waste patterns according to the variables (gender, stage, experience, training courses). The research followed the descriptive approach and used the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data. It was applied to a sample of (274) individuals, and the percentage of males was (51%) as principals, while the percentage of females was (49%) as principals, from public education schools in Medina. The results of the research reached: the presence of school waste in public education schools in Medina with a high degree of (3.76), represented by the presence of waste of material resources, waste of human resources, and waste of time. The results also reached: There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a<0.05) in the study sample’s estimates of the patterns of school dropout in general education schools in all types and the axis as a whole according to the variables: (gender, stage, experience, training courses).
