AU - البلوي، منال بنت عودة AU - نجمي، علي حسين محمد AB - هدف البحث إلى التعرف على التحديات التي تواجه أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة تبوك في إجراء البحوث البينية من وجهة نظرهم (تصور مقترح). ولتحقيق أهداف البحث، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتم تصميم استبانة تتألف من (24) فقرة موزعة على بعدين هما؛ تحديات إجراء البحوث البينية، والمقترحات التطويرية لتفعيل إجراء البحوث البينية، وتم تطبيق البحث على عينة عشوائية بلغت (240) عضو هيئة تدريس بجامعة تبوك. توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أبرزها: وجود التحديات التي تواجه أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة تبوك في إجراء البحوث البينية من وجهة نظرهم بدرجة كبيرة جدا، كما تمثلت أكبر تحديات إجراء البحوث البينية في ندرة البحوث التي تطرقت للموضوعات البينية، وندرة المصادر والأدبيات العلمية التي تتناول مجال البحوث البينية، وقلة البرامج التوعوية لنشر ثقافة البحوث البينية في البيئة الجامعية. بينما تمثل أقلها في صعوبة إيجاد روابط بين التخصصات المختلفة. أظهرت النتائج موافقة أعضاء هيئة التدريس على المقترحات التطويرية لتفعيل إجراء البحوث البينية بجامعة تبوك بدرجة كبيرة جدا. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The aim of this research is to identify the challenges faced by the faculty members at Tabuk University in conducting interdisciplinary research from their perspective (proposed perception). To achieve the research objectives, the researcher used the descriptive survey method and designed a questionnaire consisting of 24 items distributed across two dimensions: challenges of conducting interdisciplinary research and developmental suggestions to enhance the process of interdisciplinary research. The research was applied to a random sample of 240 faculty members at Tabuk University. The research findings revealed several important results. The challenges faced by the faculty members at Tabuk University in conducting interdisciplinary research, from their perspective, were found to be very significant. The major challenges included the scarcity of research that addressed interdisciplinary topics, the limited availability of sources and scientific literature on interdisciplinary research, and the lack of awareness programs to promote a culture of interdisciplinary research in the university environment. On the other hand, the least challenging aspect was the difficulty of finding links between different disciplines. Furthermore, the results indicated a high level of agreement among the faculty members regarding the proposed developmental suggestions to enhance the process of interdisciplinary research at Tabuk University.
