AU - الشهري، متعب عبد الرحمن محمد AU - الغبيري، محمد أحمد عامر AB - هدف البحث إلى التعرف على دور الإدارة الإلكترونية في تحسين أداء المرافق العامة للجامعة والمستشفى الجامعي بالمملكة العربية السعودية بمنطقة عسير. استخدم البحث المنهج الوصف بالاعتماد على أداة الاستبانة، وتم تطبيق البحث على عينة مكونة من (220) من المواطنين السعوديين بمنطقة عسير. أشارت النتائج إلى ارتفاع درجة رضا المستخدمين عن دور الإدارة الإلكترونية في تحسين أداء مرافق الجامعات والمستشفى الجامعي بمتوسط حسابي (3.93) وفاعلية دور الإدارة الإلكترونية في تحسين أداء مرافق الجامعات والمستشفى الجامعي بمتوسط حسابي (3.99)، وفاعلية دور الإدارة الإلكترونية لمرافق الجامعات والمستشفى الجامعي في تحسين الاتصال والتواصل بمتوسط حسابي (4.01)، وفاعلية دور الإدارة الإلكترونية المرافق الجامعات والمستشفى الجامعي في تحسين جودة الخدمات والتجربة العامة بمتوسط حسابي (3.99)، وجاءت جميعها بنسبة اتفاق كبيرة. أشارت التوصيات بأهمية أن يكون هناك بنية تحتية رقمية متطورة وقوية لدعم الإدارة الإلكترونية وتطوير المرافق العامة. يمكن أن تشمل هذه البنية التحتية الشبكات السريعة، والأنظمة الأمنية، والتخزين السحابي، والتكنولوجيا الحديثة الأخرى. The research utilized a descriptive methodology and relied on a questionnaire as a tool. The study was conducted on a sample of 220 Saudi citizens in the Asir region. The results indicated a high level of user satisfaction with the role of e-government in enhancing the performance of university facilities and university hospitals, with an average score of 3.93. The effectiveness of e-government in improving the performance of university facilities and university hospitals had an average score of 3.99. The effectiveness of e-government in improving communication and interaction had an average score of 4.01. The effectiveness of e government in improving service quality and the overall experience had an average score of 3.99. All of these findings showed a high level of agreement. The recommendations highlighted the importance of having advanced and robust digital infrastructure to support e-government and the development of public facilities. This infrastructure could include high-speed networks, security systems, cloud storage, and other modern technologies.
