AU - إبراهيم، أسماء شرف الدين محمد AU - السعيد، مي أحمد AU - عبد الله، أحمد مصطفى موسى AU - محمود، ثريا محجوب AB - اقتصر البحث على تقويم اختبار الكفاءة اللغوية في اللغة الإنجليزية في ضوء بعض معايير الاختبارات المقننة، بهدف تعرف ملامح القوة والضعف لاختبار الكفاءة اللغوية في اللغة الإنجليزية للفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الدراسي (2021-2022م). لذا تم إعداد قائمة محكمة لمعايير اختبارات الكفاءة اللغوية ومن خلالها تمت معايرة الاختبار، كما تم تحليل التقرير الإحصائي الصادر عن مركز القياس والتقويم بالجامعة بتاريخ 24/6/2021م، لتحديد ملامح صلاحية الاختبار في ضوء أداء الطلاب. ومن خلال التحليل المنهجي للاختبار توصلت الدراسة إلى: صلاحية الاختبار من حيث توافر معايير بناء الاختبار كما عكس ذلك تقديرات تحكيم المعايير. بالإضافة إلى قوة الاختبار فيما يتعلق بمستوى الصعوبة والسهولة والقدرة على التمييز. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - In light of Egyptian higher education policy of developing college learners' skills, the educational studies sector committee suggested adding two new courses, the first aims at developing Arabic language linguistic competence skills and the other aims at developing English language linguistic competence skills. Since it is a new academic experience adopted by the bylaw of the Faculty of Education at October 6 University in the academic year 2020-2021, this innovation should be evaluated. Accordingly, this research aims at evaluating English language proficiency test in light of some standardized test standards to identify the strong and weak points of English language proficiency test for the second semester of the academic year 2021-2022. Therefore, a list of some criteria for language proficiency tests was prepared and validated. The statistical report issued by the University Measurement and Evaluation Center on 6/24/2021 was analyzed to determine the validity of the test in light of the students’ performance. Through the systematic analysis of the test, the study concluded that the test is valid in terms of the criteria of test making, as reflected in the evaluations of the criteria. In addition, the test is a good test in terms of the level of difficulty, ease and its ability to distinguish among students' levels, as reflected in the analysis of the results of students' performance on the target test.
