AU - الزهراني، شروق غرم الله AB - هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن قدرة كل من التشوهات المعرفية والقلق الاجتماعي في التنبؤ بالاحتراق الأكاديمي لدى عينة من طالبات الجامعة. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (114) طالبة بجامعة جدة، تراوحت أعمارهن بين (19-24) سنة، تم اختيارهن بطريقة عشوائية؛ طبق عليهن مقاييس التشوهات المعرفية (إعداد الباحثة)، ومقياس القلق الاجتماعي (إعداد عبد الوارث وكردي وحسين، 2013)، ومقياس الاحتراق الأكاديمي (إعداد ماسلاش؛ ترجمة الباحثة). أظهرت النتائج وجود إرتباط دال بين التشوهات المعرفية وكل من القلق والإحتراق الأكاديمي، كما أوضحت النتائج قدرة التشوهات المعرفية والقلق على التنبؤ بالإحتراق الأكاديمي. أوصت النتائج بوضع خطط وبرامج إرشادية لمساعدة الطلبة على التفكير العقلاني للحد من الآثار المترتبة على التشوهات المعرفية، والقلق والإحتراق الأكاديمي. The research sample selected from Jeddah University students (N=114), their ages ranged between (19-24) years. They applied to them measures of cognitive distortions in their dimensions (arbitrary inference selective abstraction - excessive generalization - naming or losing the naming - self-blame - thinking based on emotional conclusions) prepared by Al-Jawfi (2014), social anxiety prepared by Abdel-Warith, kordy, Housin, and academic burnout scale prepared by Maslak translated by the researcher. The results showed a significant correlation between cognitive distortions, social anxiety, and academic burnout. The results also demonstrated the ability of cognitive distortions and social anxiety to predict academic burnout. The results recommended developing guidance plans and programs to help students think rationally to reduce the effects of cognitive distortions, anxiety, and academic burnout.
