AU - سيف، جيهان جميل محمد AU - الجعور، وليد محمد هاشم AU - خالد، أمجد سعيد دبوان AB - هدف البحث إلى التعرف على دور الأنشطة الطلابية في تحقيق سمات الخريجين من وجهة نظر الأكاديميين في جامعة الجند. استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي التحليلي مستعينين بأداة الاستبانة كوسيلة لجمع البيانات المتعلقة بموضوع البحث وطبقت على عينة عشوائية بسيطة من الأكاديميين المتواجدين في الجامعة. تناول البحث في إطاره النظري مفهوم وفلسفة الأنشطة، والأهداف، والمجالات، التي من شأنها تحقيق سمات الخريجين. توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أبرزها: وجود تأثير للأنشطة على تحقيق سمات الخريجين بجامعة الجند وعلى توافر سمات الخريجين بدرجة مرتفعة. أوصى البحث إلى ضرورة اعتماد منهجية التخطيط العلمي للقيام بالأنشطة في الجامعة مع التأكيد على التعريف بسمات الخريج وكذلك إعطاء جهود واهتمام خاص لمزيد من البحوث والدراسات لهذا الموضوع. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The aim of this research is to identify the role of student activities in achieving the characteristics of graduates from the point of view of academics at the University of Jund. The researchers used the descriptive analytical method, using the questionnaire tool as a means of collecting data related to the subject of the research. It was applied to a simple random sample of academics present at the university and the research was dealt with in its theoretical framework. The concept and philosophy of activities, goals, and areas that will achieve the attributes of graduates. The research reached a set of results, the most prominent of which was the presence of an impact of activities on achieving the attributes of graduates at the University of Jund and on the availability of graduates’ attributes to a high degree. The research recommended the necessity of adopting a scientific planning methodology to carry out activities at the university, with an emphasis on introducing the characteristics of the graduate, as well as giving special efforts and attention to further research and studies on this subject.
