AU - العلوان، أحمد فالح AU - الأحمد، نور شفيق AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف مستوى جودة الصداقة والصلابة الأكاديمية ودافعية الإنجاز لدى طلبة الجامعة الهاشمية. كما هدفت إلى معرفة الإسهام النسبي لجودة الصداقة والصلابة الأكاديمية في التنبؤ بدافعية الإنجاز. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم استخدام مقياس جودة الصداقة، ومقياس الصلابة الأكاديمية، ومقياس دافعية الإنجاز. تم اختيار عينة قوامها (451) طالبا وطالبة بالطريقة العنقودية العشوائية من طلبة الجامعة الهاشمية، المسجلين في الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الدراسي (2022-2023). أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى جودة الصداقة والصلابة الأكاديمية جاء مرتفعا، وأن مستوى دافعية الإنجاز جاء متوسطا. كشفت نتائج تحليل الانحدار المتعدد أن جودة الصداقة والصلابة الأكاديمية، أسهمت بشكل دال إحصائيا في التنبؤ بمتغير دافعية الإنجاز. أكدت نتائج الدراسة على دور جودة الصداقة والصلابة الأكاديمية في تنمية دافعية الإنجاز. أوصت الدراسات بإجراء المزيد من الدراسات للتعرف على العوامل الأخرى المؤثرة في دافعية الإنجاز. Also, this study aimed to identify the relative contribution of the quality of friendship and academic hardness to predict of achievement motivation. The study adopted descriptives correlation approach. Quality friendship, academic hardiness and academic motivation scales were used to collect data. The sample study consisted of )451) students, who were chosen according to the stratified random method at the Hashemite University at the academic year (2022-2023). The results of the study showed that the level of quality of friendship and academic hardness were high, were as the level of achievement motivation was moderate. Finally, multiple regression analysis results showed that quality of friends and academic hardiness have significantly contributed in predicting academic achievement. These results confirmed the role of quality of friendship and academic hardness in developing achievement motivation. Additionally, it recommends further research on other variables related to academic achievement.
