AU - عبد المولى، الطيب محمد إبراهيم AU - المخلافي، سلطان AB - هدف البحث إلى بناء استراتيجية مقترحة لتحول جامعة الملك خالد نحو صيغة الجامعة الريادية من وجهة نظر القادة الأكاديميين بها. لتحقيق ذلك، استعان البحث بالمنهج الوصفي، مستخدما الاستبانة كأداة تم بنائها لقياس درجة توافر متطلبات التحول نحو الجامعة الريادية، وزعت على جميع أفراد المجتمع الأصلي والبالغ عددهم (305) فردا، تم استرداد (137) استمارة مثلت عينة البحث المختارة من القادة الأكاديميين. توصل البحث لنتائج عدة، أهمها: توافر متطلبات تحول جامعة الملك خالد نحو صيغة الجامعة الريادية بدرجة كبيرة. لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا حول إمكانية تحول جامعة الملك خالد نحو صيغة الجامعة الريادية تعزى لمتغير المسمى الوظيفي. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The research aimed to build a proposed strategy for the transition of King Khalid University towards an entrepreneurial university model from the viewpoint of its academic leaders. A questionnaire was used as a tool to measure the availability of the requirements for transition towards the entrepreneurial university mode, and it was distributed to all members of the original community of (305) individuals, (137) forms were retrieved representing the selected research sample of academic leaders. The results showed that the research concluded several results, the most significant are: the requirements for the transition of King Khalid University towards an entrepreneurial university model are considerably available; there are no statistically significant differences regarding the potential for the transition of King Khalid University towards an entrepreneurial university model due to the variable of the job title.
