AU - قاجة، كلثوم AB - استهدفت الدراسة التعرف على مستوى دافعية الإنجاز لدى معلمي أقسام التربية التحضيرية بالمدارس الابتدائية على عينة متكونة من 99 معلما ومعلمة اختيروا بطريقة عشوائية من بعض المدارس الابتدائية بمدينة ورقلة، وبعد تطبيق أداة الدراسة أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى دافعية الإنجاز لدى معلمي أقسام التربية التحضيرية بالمدارس الابتدائية مرتفع، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى دافعية الإنجاز لدى المعلمين تعزى لمتغير الجنس، وسنوات التدريس، والمؤهل العلمي. After the application of the study tool, the results showed that the level of achievement motivation among pre-school teachers is high, and there is no differences in the level of achievement motivation due to gender variable in accordance of teaching, experience’s years, and scientific qualification.
