AU - الشهراني، هياء علي ظافر AB - هدف البحث إلى معرفة درجة ممارسة الرشاقة التنظيمية لدى مديرات المدارس الثانوية في محافظة بيشة. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتمثلت أداة جمع المعلومات في استبانة طبقت على عينة عشوائية بسيطة مكونة من (317) معلمة بالمدارس الثانوية بإدارة التعليم بمحافظة بيشة. أظهرت نتائج البحث أن درجة ممارسة الرشاقة التنظيمية لدى مديرات المدارس الثانوية جاءت مرتفعة جدا، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد عينة البحث حول درجة ممارسة الرشاقة التنظيمية لدى مديرات المدارس الثانوية في محافظة بيشة تعزى لمتغيرات (المؤهل العلمي، التخصص، سنوات الخبرة، الدورات التدريبية). أوصى البحث بمجموعة من التوصيات من بينها: عقد الندوات واللقاءات لمديرات المدارس والمعلمات لنشر وتعزيز ثقافة الرشاقة التنظيمية لديهن. In order to achieve the research objectives, the descriptive analytical approach has been adopted, and the information collection tool was a questionnaire applied to a simple random sample consisting of (317) secondary school female teachers. The findings of the study revealed that the degree of organizational agility practicing among secondary school female principals was very high, there were no statistically significant differences between the study sample's mean average responses about the degree of practicing organizational agility among secondary school principals in Bisha Governorate that are attributed to the variables (educational qualification, specialization, years of experience, training courses). The research recommended some recommendations, including: holding seminars and meetings for school principals in general and the secondary stage female principals in particular to spread and enhance their organizational agility culture.
