AU - حسن، آدم إبراهيم AU - يوسف، سليمان إبراهيم AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة فاعلية البرنامج التربوي المنفذ في المعهد العالي لإعداد المعلمين بأنجمينا، قسم مشرفي المرحلة الابتدائية ودورها في رفع الكفاءة المهنية من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس الابتدائية، الدائرة الأولى، أنموذجا. اتبع الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتألف مجتمع البحث من (25) مدير حيث بلغ حجم العينة (21) مديرا تشكل نسبة (84%) من مجتمع البحث الأصلي. تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث، صمم الباحثان استبانة لقياس فاعلية البرنامج التربوي المنفذ في قسم مشرفي المرحلة الابتدائية حيث تكونت الاستبانة من (57) بندا وغطت ستة محاور. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - This study aimed to know the effectiveness of the educational program implemented at the higher institute for teacher training in N'Djamena, department of primary school supervisors, and its role in raising professional competence from the point of view of male and female headmasters of primary schools, the first district as a case study. The researchers followed the descriptive analytical approach, and the target population consisted of 25 headmasters, where the sampled population was (21) headmasters, constituting a percentage of (84%) of the original target population. They were selected randomly. To achieve the research objectives, the researchers designed a questionnaire to measure the effectiveness of the educational program implemented in the department of primary school supervisors. The questionnaire consisted of (57) items and covered six variables.
