AU - بن فلس، مالية AB - هدف البحث معرفة أساليب التعزيز الإيجابي التي يستخدمنها مربيات أطفال التحضيري على أرض الواقع وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لملائمته لهذه البحوث النفسية والتربوية والاجتماعية. تم اختيار عينة مجتمع من معلمات التحضيري برياض الأطفال وبعض المؤسسات الابتدائية. والعينة قصدية تكونت من (60) معلمة، وتم اختيارها بحيث تحقق الشروط التالية: الجنس، التخصص والخبرة. وكان مكان الدراسة في بعض رياض الأطفال وبعض الابتدائيات للأقسام التحضيري، في (16) روضة و5 ابتدائيات. توصلت النتائج إلى: أن الفرضية الأولى تحققت وبينت نتائج الفرضية الثانية: الأسلوبين التعزيز الغذائي والمعنوي مرتفعين بالنسبة لأساليب التعزيز الأخرى، المادي والرمزي والتعزيز بالنشاطات وبينت نتائج الفرضية الثالثة: لم تتحقق على سنوات الخبرة بينما بينت نتائج الفرضية الرابعة: تحققت على نوع التخصص. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن الواقع يثبت أهمية التعزيز الإيجابي في رياض الأطفال التحضيري والتنوع في استعماله يعطي كفاءة في تثبيت السلوك المرغوب. We adopted a descriptive methodology suitable for psychological, educational, and social research. Our current research community included preschool teachers and some primary institutions. We selected a purposive sample of 60 teachers based on gender, specialization, and experience Statistical methods were employed after data collection, sorting, and entry into tables using SPSS for analysis. The study included mean, standard deviation, presentation, and analysis of results: 1) Hypothesis 1 was confirmed. 2) Hypothesis 2 revealed that nutritional and moral reinforcement methods were higher compared to other methods (material, symbolic, and activity-based). 3) Hypothesis 3 did not hold for years of experience. 4) Hypothesis 4 was confirmed for specialization. The study concludes that positive reinforcement is crucial in preschool preparation, and its diverse use enhances the effectiveness of desired behaviors.
