AU - الزين، منار عبد اللطيف AU - قهوجي، نهلة محمود AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن درجة الممارسات القيادية الذاتية لمعلمات الطفولة المبكرة بتوظيف مقياس إدارة البرنامج (PAS) بمدينة جدة. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة للبحث، واحتوت عينة الدراسة على (21) مديرة من مدارس الطفولة المبكرة بجدة. أوضحت النتائج أن درجة ممارسات معلمات الطفولة المبكرة لمجال القيادة (الذاتي) من وجهة نظر مديرات المدارس جاءت (مرتفعة جدا)، كما أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسط درجة الممارسات القيادية الذاتية لمعلمات الطفولة المبكرة بمدينة جدة تعزى لمتغيري (المرحلة الدراسية، وسنوات الخبرة) من وجهة نظر المديرات. أوصت الدراسة إلى تعزيز الممارسات القيادية الذاتية لدى معلمات الطفولة المبكرة من قبل صانعي القرار في المؤسسات التعليمية. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - This study aims to uncover the extent of self-leadership practices among early childhood teachers by utilizing the Program Administration Scale (PSA) in Jeddah City, to fulfil this aim the researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach, a questionnaire was also used as a tool of the study, sample group was composed of 21 principals in Jeddah-based early childhood schools, findings revealed very high level of self-leadership practices among early childhood teachers from the viewpoint of school principals, findings also pointed at absence of any statistically differences in the average score of self-leadership practices among early childhood teachers that would be attributable to the variables of (classroom level and years of experience) from the viewpoint of principals, eventually, the study ended up with recommendation to reinforce self-leadership practices among early childhood teachers by the decision makers in educational institutions.
