AB - This study aimed to recognize the main reasons of job dissatisfaction for University Faculty Members (UFMs), including the reasons that constitute an obstacle for UFMs to carry out the tasks assigned to them, as well as the overlapping of responsibilities and requirements in the educational process and the challenges that give the sense of job dissatisfaction, The study sample representing the UFMs enrolled in Faculties belonged to Bani Waleed University. The study relied on the descriptive approach to Describe and analyze the problem. The study reported a set of results, the most important of which was the study proved that job satisfaction had a statistically significant effect on the quality of educational process, The study showed, according to the opinions of the study sample, that 18.4% of the changes in the quality of the educational process were caused by job satisfaction with its aforementioned dimensions, and the dimensions of the independent variable (job satisfaction) that had the most impact on the dependent variable were (after teaching burdens, after boards of directors and promotions system) consecutively. The study also proved that there is no health care system for faculty members, and that the material support allocated to scientific research is almost non-existent, and if it is available, it will be unfavorable and insufficient. Made by faculty members so that it is motivating for them to update and reconstruct the promotions system. Providing the necessary infrastructure within Libyan higher education institutions for the success of the educational process, introducing a comprehensive health insurance system for faculty members and workers in higher education institutions, providing the necessary financial support on due dates and deadlines, and increasing financial allocations for scientific research, local and international seminars and conferences in order to advance Libyan universities and reach globalization.
