AU - أبو راس، يوسف سلامة AB - هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على دور مشروع البرلمانات الطلابية في المدارس الحكومية جنوب الضفة الغربية وأثره على شخصية الطالب وسلوكه من حيث تنمية روح المبادرة والإبداع وانعكاس ذلك على المدرسة من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس؛ وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والاعتماد على الاستبانة لجمع البيانات؛ وتم اختيار (57) مدرسة من جنوب الضفة وهي المدارس التي نفذ فيها مشروع البرلمان الطلابي. وقد أظهرت النتائج: 1) وجود أثر إيجابي للبرلمان الطلابي في بناء الثقة بالذات لدى الطلبة المشاركين؛ 2) ساهم المشروع في رفع مستوى الاهتمام بالشأن العام والقوانين والحريات العامة، وتوسعة العلاقات الاجتماعية بين الطلبة والمدرسة من جهة والمجتمع المحلي من جهة أخرى؛ 3) ساهم في تطوير شخصية قيادية لديهم، وخفض مستوى العنف داخل المدرسة، وساهم في تنمية روح المبادرة والإبداع لديهم. This study focuses on the project's effects on students' personal attitudes, their behaviors and how this project reflects on schools, from the viewpoint of school principals. The study uses the Analytical Descriptive Approach, and it depends on a questionnaire to collect data (57) schools, in the south of West Bank, have been chosen, where the student's parliament project has been applied. The results show that: 1) The student's parliament has built confidence for the pupils who are involved in the study, the project also helped to upgrade the level of attention paid to public affairs, laws and public liberties. 2) It has expanded the social relationships between students, schools and local societies as well. 3) The project has helped in building a leading figure among students. 4) It has reduced the levels of violence inside and outside target schools. The study recommends the importance of sponsoring and disseminating the" Project of Student's Parliaments" in every single school in our homeland, Contributed to the development of entrepreneurship and creativity.
