AU - الشرع، محمد عبد الواحد AU - حسن، مراد علي AB - هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على درجة تطبيق الحكومة الالكترونية وعلاقتها بتحسين الخدمات في الجامعات الليبية الحكومية في جامعة بني وليد من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من اثنان وثمانون عضو هيئة تدريس من كلا الجنسين، وتم تصميم استبانة بمحورين أساسيين : المحور الأول، لقياس درجة تطبيق الحكومة الالكترونية لدى الجامعات الليبية الحكومية؛ والثاني، لقياس مستوى تحسين الخدمات لدى الجامعات الليبية الحكومية وقد تم التأكد من صدقهما وثباتهما وأظهرت الدراسة نتائج منها: 1) أن درجة تطبيق الحكومة الالكترونية في الجامعات الليبية الحكومية في جامعة بني وليد من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس متوسطة. 2) وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد العينة لدرجة تطبيق الحكومة الالكترونية في الجامعات الليبية الحكومية في جامعة بني وليد من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس تؤيد لاختلاف متغير الجنس، لصالح الذكور. 3) وجود علاقة ارتباطية ايجابية ودالة إحصائيا بين درجة تطبيق الحكومة الالكترونية وتحسين الخدمات، إذ بلغت قيمة معامل ارتباط بيرسون 0.732. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The study aimed to identify the degree of implementation of e-government and its relationship to improving services in Libyan public universities at Bani Walid University from the point of view of faculty members. The study sample consisted of eighty-two faculty members of both genders, and a questionnaire was designed with two main axes: The first axis: to measure the degree of application E-government in Libyan public universities, and the second: to measure the level of improvement of services in Libyan public universities. Their validity and reliability were confirmed, and the study showed results including :The degree of implementation of e-government in Libyan public universities at Bani Walid University from the point of view of faculty members is average .The presence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) between the averages of the sample members’ estimates of the degree of implementation of e-government in the Libyan public universities at the University of Bani Walid from the point of view of the faculty members supports the difference in the gender variable, in favor of males .There is a positive and statistically significant correlation between the degree of e-government implementation and improvement of services, as the value of the Pearson correlation coefficient was 0.732.
