AU - بن حارب، عبد الله سلطان AB - هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع تطبيق الاتجاهات القيادية الحديثة لمدير المدرسة في المدرسة الحكومية في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة في ضوء المعايير المهنية للقيادات المدرسية، والتي كانت بعنوان واقع تطبيق الاتجاهات القيادية الحديثة لمدير المدرسة في المدرسة الحكومية في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة في ضوء المعايير المهنية للقيادات المدرسية، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من (578) مدرسة. وبلغت عينة الدراسة (113) مدير مدرسة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم إعداد أداة الدراسة (استبانة) مكونة من (30) فقرة، وتم التحقق من صدق وثبات الأداة. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة تطبيق الاتجاهات القيادية الحديثة لمدير المدرسة في المدرسة الحكومية في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة في ضوء المعايير المهنية للقيادات المدرسية كانت مرتفعة، إذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (4.24)، وأن مجال الإدارة الاستراتيجية جاء في الرتبة الأولى، ومجال إدارة قيادة المعرفة جاء في المرتبة الثانية. وتوصي الدراسة باستمرارية تنظيم دورات تدريبية لاطلاع الإدارة المدرسية على كل ما هو جديد في مجال الاتجاهات القيادية الحديثة. To achieve the objectives of the study, a study tool (questionnaire) consisting of (30) items was prepared, and the validity and reliability of the tool was verified. The study concluded that the degree of application of the modern leadership trends of the school principal in the public school in the United Arab Emirates in the light of the professional standards of school leaders was high, as the arithmetic mean was (4.24), and that the field of strategic management came in the first rank, The field of knowledge leadership management came in second place. The study recommends the continuity of organizing training courses to inform the school administration of all that is new in the field of modern leadership trends.
